Directions from East Charleston

From the end of the paved road walk towards the ridge to the right of the peak following the wash up the mountain. Be particularly cautious of your hand and footing as there are many snakes including rattlesnakes and king snakes. Once you have followed the wash up to the ridge walk over the ridge to the east side of the peak and follow this down to the valley. Follow the valley northwards until you finally reach a east/west facing ridge which leads to the peak. The peak provides a great panoramic view of both Las Vegas and Lake Mead.

Total climb time varies on fitness level and climbig skill but it can easily be done in 4 hours.
